Mantella’s high-performance culture is driven by its founding member, Germaine Brinkhuis, and continues to inform the efforts of every new employee. Each fresh opportunity and project is taken on with the same enthusiasm and pride – our passion is simply infectious.
Mishqah was employed as an administrative Clerk in September 2006. And this is where her passion and strength for administration and HR began. She was then promoted in December 2017 to Senior HR / Admin Manager. In December 2021, Mishqah was again promoted to Operations Manager. In March this year, Mishqah was promoted to Director.
Hanno studied accountancy at UNISA and practiced as an accountant for a few years before moving into the IT sector as an entrepreneur. In 2007, together with Germaine Brinkhuis, they founded Mantella IT, a black-owned enterprise providing ICTI solutions to clients. To further he’s entrepreneurial skills, he has invested in various small business over the past 20 years which include economic sectors such as Tourism, Property, Light Industrial, Financing and Petroleum.
Manages the ICTI and Call-desk division, specialising in Network Infrastructure Operations.
Started at Mantella in 2009 as a Fulfilment Coordinator and is passionate about encouraging staff, teamwork and fostering a result-oriented environment.
Natalie was employed as a Finance Clerk in March 2009. During restructuring of the company, she was placed in Logistics as an Administrator and gained more experience there. Not long afterwards, she was transferred back to Finance where her love for finance and numbers grew and in December 2021, was promoted to the Business Unit Manager-Finance.
Stephan plays an important role at Mantella IT, managing logistics, fleet, facilities and security. He started working for Mantella in 2018. Stephan has completed his A+ course.
Leon started at Mantella 2006 as a Field Service Engineer, worked on contracts such as SAPS, DCS and became certified in IBM, Lenovo, Dell, Kyocera and much more. He has a vast experience in laptop repair and problem solving. Leon is currently completing a Business Management Course.
Niyaaz started at Mantella IT in 2014 as an internal Sales Support Administrator. He continued in this position until 2017 and then became the Senior Sales Support Administrator, overseeing everything within the sales department and working closely with the Director until 2021. One of his greatest achievements at the company was doing his diploma in sales management and successfully being promoted to sales manager in 2021.
